  • 2 whole Ripe Avocados
  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed If Possible
  • 1/2 bunches Green Onions

Directions

    Peel and dice the avocados. Put in a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice over them to keep them from turning brown.

    Seed and dice the tomatoes and add to the avocados.

    Chop the green parts of the green onions and add to the mix.

    Stir and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour.
