- 2 whole Ripe Avocados
- 4 whole Roma Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed If Possible
- 1/2 bunches Green Onions
Directions

1Peel and dice the avocados. Put in a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice over them to keep them from turning brown.

2Seed and dice the tomatoes and add to the avocados.

3Chop the green parts of the green onions and add to the mix.

4Stir and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour.
