  • 1 each sweet red bell peppers green, chopped
  • 1 each tomatoes large, ripe, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 each limes juiced
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 x black pepper to taste
