- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. half and half
- 2 large avocados, cut up
- 1 glove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cilantro
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Place half of chicken broth and the remaining ingredients in blender container.

2Blend on medium speed until smooth.

3Stir remaining broth into the avocado mixture.

4Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.

5Garnish with sour cream and paprika, if desired. Yields 6 servings.
