  • 2 pkg. frozen grated coconut
  • 2 small containers Cool Whip
  • 1 small can Coco Lopez cream of coconut

Directions

  1. 1
    Bake cake according to directions; use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. When cake is done, pierce all over with a skewer.
  2. 2
    Heat cream of coconut to a boil; spoon about half over cake.
