Directions

   Pour condensed milk into saucepan.

   Add chocolate chips and vanilla.

   On low heat, stir until all is melted and mixed.

   Remove from heat; stir in nuts and pour into a buttered pan.

   Allow to cool.

   May be refrigerated.
