  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning mix, seasoning blend
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, spice
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon sage, spice
  • 1 large turkey oven cooking bag (Reynolds seems to be the best)
  • 2 tablespoons flour, to dust bag
