  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (sub)
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. chili seasoning

    Saute green pepper and onions until tender.

    Add tomatoes and corn.

    Mix well.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Add sugar, parsley flakes and chili seasoning.

    Simmer 5 minutes more.

    Makes 3/4 cup.
