- 1 lb. of hamburger
- 2 eggs
- Minced onions to taste
- Morton seasoning to taste
- Italian bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix hamburger, eggs onions and seasoning.

2Add enough crumbs so that mixture will stick together.

3Roll into balls and dry in olive oil.

4Refrigerate this until about 3 hours before serving. Put meatball in crock pot and add your favorite BBQ sauce.

5Cook on high for about 1 hour and turn to low for remainder of time.
