Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of hamburger
  • 2 eggs
  • Minced onions to taste
  • Morton seasoning to taste
  • Italian bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix hamburger, eggs onions and seasoning.

    Add enough crumbs so that mixture will stick together.

    Roll into balls and dry in olive oil.
  4. 4
    Refrigerate this until about 3 hours before serving. Put meatball in crock pot and add your favorite BBQ sauce.

    Cook on high for about 1 hour and turn to low for remainder of time.
