- 500 g wheat flour
- 300 g ghee
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 g potatoes, boiled
- 12 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon green chili
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 12 teaspoon kala namak
- 1 inch dalchini
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 inch javitri
- 12 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 big cardamom
- 12 teaspoon dhaniya powder
- 1 inch tejpatta
- 12 teaspoon red chili pepper
- 12 teaspoon jeera powder
- coriander, finely chopped (For flavour)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 10 -15 kaju
- 10 -15 kishmish
Directions

1----------METHOD FOR MAKING STUFFING-------------.

2Peel the potatoes and mash them.

3Heat oil in a kadahi.

4Add dalchini, javitri, cardamom (big), kaju and kishmish, tejpatta, jeera, green chilly and ginger paste.

5Now add the potatoes.

6Add roasted jeera, kala namak, salt, garam masala, dhaniya, red chilly powder and chopped coriander.

7Fry for 4-5 minutes.

8Keep aside till it cools down.

9-------------METHOD FOR MAKING DOUGH---------------.

10Melt 200 gms of the ghee.

11Add ghee and salt to the wheat flour.

12Make a stiff dough by using water.
-
13Now make 15-16 balls of equal size.

14Stuff the stuffing in the balls.

15Grill it in gas tandoor.
-
16Heat the rest of the ghee, dip the baatis and serve with Dal and Potato Bharta.
