  • 1 baked 13x9-inch white cake, cooled
  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • few drops red food colouring
  • 1/2 tsp. water
  • 2-2/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces

    Remove cake from pan.

    Cut into pieces as shown in Diagram 1, using 2-inch round cookie cutter to cut piece for the baby's head.

    Arrange on tray or large platter as shown in Diagram 2.

    Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended; spread onto cake.

    Mix food colouring and water.

    Add to coconut in medium bowl; toss to evenly coat coconut.

    Sprinkle over cake.

    Decorate with candies as shown in photo.
