- 4 pint baby sweet peppers
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 4 cup water
Directions

1Fill canner half full.

2Get your water simmering.Also have jars & lids ready too.

3Cut top of peppers off.

4Clean out seeds and ribs.

5Then rinse off.

6Shredd cabbage.

7I used the food processor.

8Fill peppers with shredded cabbage.

9Pack peppers in jars.

10Heat the vinegar, sugar, turmeric, salt, water, Pour over peppers in jars.

11Put on your prepared lids & bands.

12Put in canner.

13Bring to a good boil.

14Process 30 minutes.
