- 1 c. sugar
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Break eggs into a bowl and stir until creamy.

2Add sugar and continue to stir.

3Gradually add enough flour to make a stiff dough.

4Roll out between 2 sheets of lightly floured wax paper to about 3/4-inch thickness.

5Cut in round shapes.

6Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

7Let stand overnight (10 to 12 hours).

8Bake at 325° until browned and hard.

9Makes 12 almost crumb-free biscuits.
