- 2 Cups any smallish pasta(elbow, shells,rotini,radiatore, whatever.)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (use less fat milk if you want)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (use margarine if you suck)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar (or colby)
- 1/2 cup smooth melty cheese (havarti, muenster,fontina, whatever)
- kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- Frank's(TM) Red Hot Sauce
Directions

1Boil 2 qts. water in medium sauce pan.

2Add pasta, cook for about 6 min. Till just before al dente.

3Move to a colander & drain.

4Add butter to pan, heat until just melted.

5Add Pasta, stir until coated.

6Add heavy cream, stir.

7Add creamy cheese, stirring constantly until a sauce forms.

8Add cheddar, stirring until melted.

9Season with salt & pepper, serve with Franks(TM) on the side.
