- 2 cans Progresso vegetable soup or 2 cans minestrone, beef barley
- 1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Directions

1Cook rice according to standard convention (white, brown, wild, preferably, not Minute rice).

2When rice is cooked, add soup. Stir in the curry powder to taste.

3Serve with bread and milk for a bachelor's balanced diet. Gets better with age!
