- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) can chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup sliced celery
- salt and pepper
Directions

1in a large skillet, melt butter and saute the celery.

2mix the chicken broth and flour.

3add chicken and broth mixture to skillet.

4simmer covered for 10 minutes.

5flip the chicken over and simmer uncovered for five more minutes.

6sauce should thicken as it cools.

7salt and pepper to taste.
