- 1 lb bacon
- 1 medium head of cabbage
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tablespoons water (this is approximate)
Directions

1Cut up bacon into 2 inch peices and fry in skillet until crisp.

2Drain off fat.

3Cut up cabbage into 2 inch pieces while bacon is cooking.

4When bacon is done to your preference of crisp, add cabbage and water.

5You may not need water if you have juicy cabbage.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Cook until cabage is done to your liking.

8(I like it very cooked).

9i serve with muffins or biscuits.
