  • 1 lb. bacon, sliced in half
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • soy sauce (enough to cover chestnuts)

Directions

    Soak chestnuts in soy sauce at least one hour (may add 1/4 cup brown sugar for sweet/sour taste).

    Wrap bacon around chestnuts and secure with a toothpick.

    Bake ahead of time at 350° about 30 minutes.
