- 1 lb. bacon, sliced in half
- 1 can water chestnuts
- soy sauce (enough to cover chestnuts)
Directions

1Soak chestnuts in soy sauce at least one hour (may add 1/4 cup brown sugar for sweet/sour taste).

2Wrap bacon around chestnuts and secure with a toothpick.

3Bake ahead of time at 350° about 30 minutes.

4Drain grease and broil before serving.
