- 4 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 5 hard-boiled eggs
- 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Remove from skillet.

3Drain fat, leaving enough to fry onions until soft.

4Add soup, milk and sliced hard-boiled eggs.

5Mix all together.

6Stir in cheese and crumble bacon on top. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
