  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

    Fry bacon.

    Remove from skillet.

    Drain fat, leaving enough to fry onions until soft.

    Add soup, milk and sliced hard-boiled eggs.

    Mix all together.

    Stir in cheese and crumble bacon on top. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
