- 6 slices bacon
- 1 md. onion, chopped
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Fry, drain and crumble bacon.

2Reserve 2 tbsp.

4Add soup and milk and stir well.

5Gently stir in eggs and cheese and adjust seasoning.

6Spoon into 9-inch square baking pan.
