- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked
Directions

1Cream butter and brown sugar; mix in flour, salt and oats.

2Press half of the mixture into a buttered 8x8-inch baking dish.

3Beat cream cheese with milk.

4Add eggs and beat thoroughly.

5Melt butter in skillet; pour in eggs and cook slowly over low heat, stirring, until eggs just begin to set.

6Do not overcook.

7Add crumbled bacon.

8Spoon mixture over crust.

9Top with remaining crumb mixture.

10Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400F.

11Cool slightly; cut into 9 or 12 squares.
