- 1- 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/4 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 2 ounces, weight Pepperoni
- 1/4 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 2 ounces, weight Pepperoni
Directions

1In a food processor, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda.

2Pulse in eggs and sauce until combined.

3Pulse in cheeses and pepperoni.

4Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

5Scoop a heaping 1/4 cup of batter into each cup.

6Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

7Remove from oven; place 1 teaspoon sauce on top of each muffin.

8Sprinkle cheese over sauce.

9Sprinkle pepperoni over cheese.

10Place back in oven and bake for 15 more minutes.

11Cool for 1 hour.

12Serve.
