  • 16-20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup green onion - chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley - chopped

    Hollow out tomatoes and drain upside down on paper towels overnight.
