- 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 3 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 (10 pack) canned buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Lightly grease 2 mini-muffin tins. Combine all ingredients, except biscuits, in medium bowl. Separate each biscuit into 2 biscuits.

3Flatten and place in muffin tin.

4Fill each with bacon mixture.

5Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden.
