Bacon Bleu Sprouts

  • 2 stalks of Brussel sprouts
  • 12 slice thick cut smoked bacon
  • 10 oz Bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1 heavy cream

Directions

    Cut bacon into bits and fry in large skillet fry till almost crispy

    Cut sprouts in half and add to skillet with bacon fry till soft and slightly browned
  3. 3
    Add bleu cheese crumbles and stir until melted

    Add enough heavy cream to make a sauce.

    Simmer to thicken
