- 1 packages Bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cup diced hashbrowns
- 1 dash salt & pepper
- 1 packages sharp chedder cheese
- 1/4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 green onion
- 1 tin foil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375

2Slice package of bacon in half.

3Using muffin tin, arrange 3 slices of bacon in layers making a bowl shape.

4Break off strips of tin foil and form into balls large enough to place in middle of each bacon bowl.

8skillet heat vegetable oil, then add hashbrowns.

10While bacon and hashbrowns cooks, melt butter in small skillet.

11In Small bowl mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper.

13Stir eggs while they cook till fluffy.

15When bacon is done, remove from oven and let stand to cool for a bit.

16Arrange bacon bowls on baking sheets.

17Stuff each bowl with 1 tbs each of hashbrowns and eggs on top.

18Place back in oven on Broil for 3-5 minutes.

19Remove and arrange on place.

20Sprinkle on the cheese.

21Top it off with sliced green onion.
