  • 1 whole 9 Inch Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 5 slices Bacon
  • 1 box (10 Oz. Box) Frozen Chopped Broccoli, Thawed
  • 1-1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 6 whole Large Eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

    Spread the pie crust into a 9-inch round pie dish. Cook the bacon and crumble it. Layer the thawed broccoli, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese into the bottom of the pie dish. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt and pepper together. Beat or whisk until frothy. Pour mixture over ingredients in the pie dish. Bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes, or until set and slightly browned. Cut into slices and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
