Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 small zucchini, cut small pieces
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
- paprika
Directions

1Fry or microwave bacon (crisp) and break in small pieces.

2In large pan, saute onions in margarine.

3Blend in flour and pepper. Gradually add milk.

4Cook and stir until thickened.

5Stir in cheese, bacon, rice, zucchini and olives.

6Pour into lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish; sprinkle paprika on top.

7Bake, covered, at 375° for 20 minutes.

8Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes.

9Makes 6 servings.
