- 2 cups rice
- 12 chicken wings
- 14 cup barbecue sauce
- 14 cup plum sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 14 glass white wine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1preheat oven to hot.

2cook rice in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, uncovered until tender.

3set aside.

4cut wings tips, and then half the wings.

5combine sauces in a large bowl, add the chopped garlic and wine and season.

6add the wings, toss to coat.

7Place the chicken, in a single layer, in an ovenproof dish, roast uncovered about 20/25 min or until thoroughly cooked.

8serve with the cooked rice.
