- 2 lbs bacon, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 ounces egg noodles
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cook egg noodles according to package directions.

2Fry bacon, remove from pan, and drain the fat, reserving a few tablespoons.

3After bacon has been removed from the pan, add onion and cabbage.

4Add a few tablespoons of the bacon fat and a few tablespoons of water.

5Cover and cook on high until cabbage and onions are tender.

6Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
