- 1 lb Thick cut bacon
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Bacon fat
Directions

1Cut bacon in half and cook how you prefer.

2Fried or baked.

3Set up a double boiler and add 1 tablespoon of bacon fat.

4Add in the chocolate chips and cook until melted, stirring several times.

5Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.

6When the chocolate has melted completely dip in the bacon 1/2's and place on the baking sheet.

7When done coating the bacon refrigerate for about 20 to 30 minutes.
