Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 slice bacon
- 2 tbsp finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mustard
Directions

1Place eggs in a saucepan, and cover with cold water.

2bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

3cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.

4remove from hot water, and cool.

5To cool quickly, rince under cold running water.

6Meanwhile, place bacon in a large, deep skillet.

7Cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned.

8Crumble and set aside.

9Peel the hard-cooked eggs, and cut lengthwise.

10Remove yolks to a small bowl.

11Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese.

12Stir in mustard.

13Fill egg halves with the yolk mixture and refrigerate until serving.
