- 3 to 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 c. bacon bits
- salt
- pepper
- seasoning salt
Directions

1Bake potatoes until done.

2When cool, cut into chunks.

3Melt butter in large frying pan.

4Add potatoes, cheese and bacon bits. Season with salt, pepper and seasoning salt to taste.

5Cook until cheese is melted.
