- 1 frozen pie crust
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 beaten eggs
- evaporated milk
- Cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions

1Cook bacon.

2Mix eggs and milk together.

3Add cheese, onion and bacon.

4Flute pie crust and line with a layer of foil.

5Bake at 450° for 5 minutes until pie crust is done.

6Reduce oven to 325°. Pour egg mixture into hot pie crust.

7Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

8Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Great with salad.
