  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • evaporated milk
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

    Cook bacon.

    Mix eggs and milk together.

    Add cheese, onion and bacon.

    Flute pie crust and line with a layer of foil.

    Bake at 450° for 5 minutes until pie crust is done.

    Reduce oven to 325°. Pour egg mixture into hot pie crust.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Great with salad.
