- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 5 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Spray electric waffle iron with cooking spray.

2Heat iron to medium heat.

3Meanwhile, combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

4Whisk remaining ingredients until blended.

5Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended.

6(Do not overmix.)

7Pour amount of batter directed by manufacturer onto grids of waffle iron.

8Close lid quickly.

9(Do not open until waffle is done.)

10Cook according to manufacturer's directions.

11When done, lift waffle off grid with fork.

12Repeat with remaining batter.
