- 12 medium-sized new potatoes
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Boil potatoes until tender, then slice.

2Layer 1/3 potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole dish.

3Layer 1/3 bacon on top of potatoes, followed by 1/3 of cheese.

4Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
