- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 lb. Monterey Jack, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. half and half
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place pie shell into pie pan.
