- 2 cans water chestnuts (whole)
- 1 lb. bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 14 oz. bottle catsup plus 1/3 c.
Directions

1Make a day ahead to marinate.

2Wrap each chestnut in 1/2 slice bacon; lay in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Drain fat.

5Then mix and pour over the following: brown sugar, granulated sugar and catsup.

6Refrigerate overnight and then bake again for 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350°.
