  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 6 slices bacon, Oscar Mayer precooked
  • 1 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn (frozen or canned)
  • 15 34 ounces creamed corn
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced cooked
  • 10 34 ounces cream of chicken soup, healthy request
  • 1 12 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 cup fat-free half-and-half

    Place olive oil into pan and add onion and cook till lightly browned.

    Add remaining ingredients and dash pepper.

    Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer a minute or two.
