Bacon, Corn & Spinach Dip

  • 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels (from about 2 ears)
  • 2 cups tightly packed fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Cook and stir bacon in large skillet until crisp.

    Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.

    Discard all but 1 Tbsp.

    drippings from skillet.

    Add onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.

    or until crisp-tender.

    Add corn and spinach; cook 2 to 3 min.

    or just until spinach is wilted.

    Add cream cheese and milk; cook and stir 3 min.

    or until cream cheese is completely melted.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella and bacon.

    Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
