  • 1 lb. bacon (regular sliced or thick)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper (I use 1/2 this amount)
  • 3 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 box crackers, crushed into fine crumbs

    Slice bacon in half.

    Beat eggs until foamy.

    Add cider vinegar and dry ingredients; beat lightly.

    Dip bacon in egg mixture and roll in cracker crumbs.
