Bacon Dip

  • 1 container Plain Low-fat Yogurt
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 5 stalks Green Onions, Chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder Or Salt
  • 1 pound Bacon

    Step 1: In a large frying pan, fry up the pound of bacon until crisp.

    Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.

    Let cool.

    Step 2: In a large mixing bow, mix together the yogurt, mayo, green onions, parsley, and garlic salt.

    Step 3: Crush the bacon into smaller pieces and add to the dip.

    Cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

    Best if made early in the day and eaten later on in the day.

    Serve with raw vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, celery, bell peppers and cucumbers.
