  • 3 slices crisp fried bacon
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 4 tsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. cream

    Cook sauce in 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings, until thickened.
