  • 1-13 cup Rice
  • 1/2 cups Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 8 slices Regular Bologna (low-fat Will Not Cook Into Cup Shapes)
  • 1 Tablespoon Shortening Or Oil
  • 4 slices American Cheese, Halved

Directions

    Cook rice according to package directions.

    In a medium saucepan, stir together ketchup, vinegar, 1 tablespoon oil, Worcestershire, and sugar.

    Mix into the cooked rice.

    Preheat broiler, if preheating is required.

    In a skillet over high heat, in melted shortening 1 tablespoon of oil, fry bologna on one side until cup-shaped; turn and brown the other side.

    Spoon rice mixture into bologna cups.

    Top with half of a cheese slice and broil till cheese is bubbly.
