- 6 eggs
- 6 slices bread
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. bacon, crumbled
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. Velveeta or 1/2 Velveeta and 1/2 Cheddar
Directions

1Brown bacon and dry off fat.

2Add eggs (do not beat) and crumbled bread; add milk, salt and cheese and toss lightly.

3Pour into greased baking dish, 9 x 13-inch.

4Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°
