Bacon-Egg Casserole

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. Velveeta or 1/2 Velveeta and 1/2 Cheddar

Directions

    Brown bacon and dry off fat.

    Add eggs (do not beat) and crumbled bread; add milk, salt and cheese and toss lightly.

    Pour into greased baking dish, 9 x 13-inch.

    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°

    for 45 minutes and cut in squares.
