  • 1 (6 oz.) box garlic-onion croutons
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar real bacon bits
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. half and half
  • 6 or 7 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 slices bread (without crust), torn into bits
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl.

    Pour into a greased Pyrex pan (9 to 10-inch square) and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
