- 1 (6 oz.) box garlic-onion croutons
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 (2 oz.) jar real bacon bits
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
- 7 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. half and half
- 6 or 7 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 slices bread (without crust), torn into bits
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine ingredients in a large bowl.

2Pour into a greased Pyrex pan (9 to 10-inch square) and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.

3Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
