Bacon Extravaganza Bundles

   In a bowl add the all of the ingredients (except bacon) and mix by hand.

   Cut your bacon in half.

   Lay out 4 strips lengthwise and weave 1 strip in the middle to ensure everything holds together well you wouldnt want your meat to fall out, it wouldnt be a bundle then!

   Next, grab a fistful of the meat mixture and form it into a log in the middle of the bacon.

   Roll, and as you roll, wrap the bacon around it to form a long, uniform package.

   Place on a rack over a baking tray.

   Repeat with the remaining bacon and meat mixture.

   Brush some Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ sauce over top and place in a preheated oven (375F).

   Bake for 45 minutes.

    Half way through the cook time, baste again with BBQ sauce.

    A few more minutes and this will be passing your drooling lips and into your welcoming stomach!

    Once removed from the oven, let rest 10 minutes

    Make sure you serve this with lots of veggies so you dont feel bad for eating 2 bundles!
