- 2 eggs
- 1 pepper to taste
- 1 bacon grease with Tiny bits of leftover bacon crumbs in it.
Directions

1heat bacon grease in a small skillet.

2enough to cover half the eggs.

3drop 2 eggs in skillet in hot bacon grease.

4pepper eggs to taste.

5using a spatula gently flip the bacon grease on top of the eggs to cook the top of the egg and get those nice bacon crumbs stuck to the top of the eggs.

6eggs are done when yolk is still runny and all the clear had turned white and firm.

7serve with toast and bacon.. our as I did my bacon n jelly toasty!
