- 3 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 beaten eggs
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp in skillet.

2Remove bacon to drain on paper towel.

3Stir-fry onion in pan with bacon drippings for 2 minutes.

4Add rice and stir-fry 7 minutes.

5Add soy sauce, water and crumbled bacon.

6On low heat, pour egg on top of rice mixture. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until eggs are cooked.

7Makes 4 servings.
