Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pkg. smoky link sausage or 1/2 c. chopped ham
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell

Directions

    In a blender or processor combine all of the ingredients except pie shell.

    Pour mixture into pie shell.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce temperature to 350° and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until done.
