Bacon Fried Squirrel Recipe

   Combine salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and flour.

   Dredge squirrels in flour mix.

   Cook bacon in a heavy skillet over medium heat till browned.

   Fry squirrel pcs in bacon grease till medium brown.

   Add in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to simmer.

   Cover and cook for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till squirrel pcs are tender.

   Serve with hot rice.
